It's been a while since I posted. With Covid 19 and trying to keep my sanity, I tried something out that I've been wanting to do for a long time but never had the time. Since people at home are making sour dough bread or making their own bread , I decided to go for the macrons. Yes these are very challenging. Almost everyday day I make a recipe and it fails..not sure what I was doing wrong but following a simple online recipe. So here a few of my photos I have taken so you all can see my progress. I will try again tomorrow
and the day after that and now you get the picture...I will perfect these macrons yet.
