A little more about what’s inside - our Basque Cheesecake is all about balance and f l a v o u r

Rich and creamy in the centre, with a deep caramelized top and plenty of real vanilla throughout.

Then come the fresh strawberries and raspberries. Their natural acidity cuts through the creaminess and keeps every bite fresh.

Nothing complicated, just REALLY good cheesecake, made with care. The kind you keep thinking about after the last bite.
