17th June 2025. One year ago, all we had was a truck, a dream, and a lot of hope.

No guarantees. No roadmap. No idea where this journey would take us.

What followed was a year of early mornings, late nights, setbacks, lessons, and giving everything we had to make this dream work.

There were moments when we were exhausted and moments when we questioned ourselves. But then came the customers who kept coming back, the encouraging words, the busy days, and the community that believed in us.

Small businesses are built on sacrifice, persistence, and a refusal to give up when things get hard.

Today, The Focal Eatery turns one. ❤️

To everyone who stopped by our window, shared our posts, recommended us to a friend, or supported us in any way—thank you. You became part of this story.

And to Brooks, thank you for welcoming us and supporting us from day one. This dream wouldn’t be possible without you.

365 days ago it was just a dream.

Today, it’s a dream we’re living.
