Happy New Year! The Leap leadership team had lunch at Justamere Cafe today and chose the words "Crank It Up in 26 "as the theme. Thanks to Rich Grant at LIVEN Protein Kefir for the word lend.

We are getting fancy, inspired by our favourite yoga guru Britt Overmars, we build a 1-pager. Enjoy, pass around, send to friends' that might want to participate. Everyone is welcome. We teach, you learn; we guide, you apply; you share, the fellowship follows with feedback. It's a powerful model.
