ARM Scholarship Education Fund
The ARM Scholarship Education Fund is an annual scholarship funded from the log sales of Esk'etemc tenures and is based on the cubic meters harvested each fiscal year. The amount funded annually will be based on the size of the fund each year and will be administered by the ARM Board of Directors.

Who is eligible?
Registered Esk'etemc band members pursuing post-secondary education provided by an accredited educational facility. Not intended to support entry level prep courses or studies.

Must be able to pack 25 lbs for 3.22 kms in less than 30 minutes. Successful completion of fitness test will get you added to the ARM 2026 personnel roster.

Must supply own 25 lb. pack and wear comfortable clothing and shoes.

Note: Must have valid S-100 & S-185 fire suppression tickets to be added to Type 3 personnel roster.

Location: Joe’s Lake Rd. 12-19 km
Start Date: May 21, 2026

The project is to haul logs from 12-19 km Joe’s Lake Rd. and transport to Williams Lake via Dog Creek Road. There will be hauling between the hours of 5:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday to Friday weather permitting.

For your safety, we ask that you use caution when travelling on Dog Creek Road and drive defensively.

ARM is accepting resumes for type III wildland fire fighters.

Fire Fighters must be:
Minimum of 18 years old;
Able to pass moderate fitness test carrying 25lbs for 3.22 kms in less than 30 minutes;
Possess S-100 and S-185 certification;
Possess S-212, S-230, S-235, TDG, and WHMIS with a minimum of 20 days of fireline experience to apply as Crew Leader;
A valid Class 5 driver’s license an asset but not necessary;
Advanced First Aid, Basic First Aid or Intermediate First Aid with Transportation Endorsement an asset;
Wildlife Danger Tree Assessor or Qualified Faller certification an asset.

Deadline: Open until filled.
