My latest endeavor. 🙂 Spiced pumpkin sponge with a cinnamon cream cheese filling, caramel drizzle and cinnamon pie crust bits on top. And pumpkins! Lol My first attempt making an object out of fondant. This is a tasty cake!

Salted Caramel Cake. This cake was for a bestie's birthday. It is a brown sugar sponge with homemade salted caramel buttercream icing and a salted caramel filling and drizzle.

This is a snickers cake. It was so tasty! It was a birthday gift for my dear friend. It has alternating chocolate and peanut butter sponge, alternating peanut butter buttercream with home made nougat and homemade caramel filling and has chocolate ganache with both a caramel drip and a chocolate ganache drip topped with peanut butter nougat dollars.

I made this one for my family's cookie exchange. It is an ombre cake with a vanilla sponge and a white chocolate ganache and blueberry filling. This was my version of a snowflake cake.

My first try at the marbling technique! This cake was for a friend's birthday. It has a vanilla sponge with a strawberry filling and vanilla butter cream with homemade meringue cookies.

This is a chocolate peanut butter cake. It has a chocolate sponge with a peanut butter buttercream and reeses bits filling topped with reeses butter cups and peanut butter chips. This one was for my family Thanksgiving meal.

This is my first two tier cake that I made for a friend's party. The top cake is chocolate sponge with white chocolate ganache filling and a chocolate ganache drip under homemade macarons. The bottom cake is a vanilla sponge with a chocolate buttercream filling and chocolate ganache icing. It certainly isn't perfect but oh my, did this cake ever challenge me! I am confident my next tiered cake will look much more professional.
