Dear VALVET Family,

After a beautiful and unforgettable chapter, the time has come for me to say goodbye. I have officially sold the restaurant, and while this is a bittersweet moment, my heart is full of gratitude for each and every one of you.

Serving you at VALVET has truly been a gift. Your support, loyalty, and kindness turned this restaurant into so much more than a business, it became a family. I will forever cherish the memories we’ve created together.

Now, I’m excited to introduce you to the new owners of the restaurant, now known as Habibi. The wonderful Judy, who many of you may already know as the sister of Jimmy from Jimmy’s Wireless, will be carrying the torch along with Jimmy himself. Their warmth, energy, and dedication to the community are inspiring, and I’m confident you’ll be in amazing hands.

Please give them the same love and support you gave me. I can’t wait to see how Habibi will grow and flourish under their care.
