𝐑𝐎𝐋𝐄:
• Prepares and assemble cooked product/s according to the established standards of portioning, serving, sanitation and hygiene
• Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
• Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
• Ensure cleanliness of the kitchen before, during and after operation
• Monitor if all existing items on hand items received are properly stored following the shelf life set for each item
• Organizing and rotating all food stock and keeping track of inventory. They regularly check for freshness and quality
• Observe First in-First Out for all food items
• Report and document all variances and spoilage
• Performs other duties that may be assigned to him from time to time by immediate superior

• At least high school graduate; vocational or college graduate of any course
• Preferably with 1-2 years of work experience as a cook

• Strong time-management skills and an ability to complete high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance

𝐑𝐎𝐋𝐄:
• Maintaining a smooth daily transaction flow to ensure efficiency of the daily operation of the branch
• Count money in cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift
• Encode order in the Cashier’s console
• Receive payment by cash, credit card, debit card
• Issuing the correct change
• Issue receipts, refunds, discounts as approved by superior
• Calculate manually if needed, especially in instances where exact change is not available
• Keeping of records pertaining to monetary transactions, and generation of reports
• Providing support on the overall administrative tasks of the branch
• Ensure correct payment and change with the guest are according to the order placed
• Ensure that the actual sales versus POS system are always tally at all times and refrain from any sales variance
• Ensure correct documentation on employees’ house account and purchases
• Ensure secrecy of information such as amount of sales
• Performs other duties that may be assigned to him from time to time by immediate superior

• Support the executive’s ability to lead the company effectively by completing a broad variety of strategic and administrative tasks

• Must be proficient in digital and manual filing
