The complex is situated in one of the most beautiful areas of the Southern part of the Black sea. ities and it is about 30 minutes drive to Burgas to the north and 350 km to Instanbul to the south (around 30 km to the Turkish border). The Mediterranean climate here determines longer summer than the Northern Black Sea coast - about 1,700 hours of sunshine from May to October - and milder winter.
