the earth softens, roots still hold their place on the table, but the first greens begin to appear. Preserved and fermented winter flavors meet fresh herbs, and the heavy dishes of the cold months slowly begin to lighten
through a four-course seasonal menu, we’ll explore this delicate moment of change - when warmth returns, light lingers longer, and nature begins to wake again
