Van 1 oktober tot en met 10 november 2026 verwelkomt Aurum jonge fijnproevers voor een uitzonderlijke gastronomische ervaring tijdens Jong Keukengeweld.

Speciaal voor deze editie creëert chef Arne Beirinckx en zijn team een verfijnd 3-gangenmenu voor €79 per persoon, inclusief 2 aangepaste glazen pairing en water. Wie zich graag nog wat extra laat verrassen, kan zijn culinaire beleving uitbreiden naar een 4-gangenmenu.

Ben je tussen 18 en 35 jaar? Dan is dit de ideale gelegenheid om kennis te maken met de gastronomische wereld van Aurum, waar seizoensproducten, lokale ingrediënten en verfijnde technieken samenkomen in creatieve gerechten vol smaak en elegantie.

Aurum is taking its annual break.
