Last weekend was a busy one!

On Friday, we joined our Czech partner Brelex at the 14th edition of Pivo na Náplavce in Prague. With more than 40 mini and microbreweries showcasing beers from across the Czech Republic, it was a fantastic opportunity to connect with brewers and beer lovers alike. It was also great to spend time with Fenek craft beer 🍻

We then headed to the Wrocławski Festiwal Dobrego Piwa in Poland, where we helped celebrate the 10th anniversary of ReCraft - Browar Rzemieślniczy and caught up with friends from Browar FUNKY FLUID Browar Raduga and Browar Dziki Wschód

Brew day with old friends 🇵🇱

This week, we teamed up with Piwnica Rajców in Gdańsk, Poland to brew a refreshing Mexican Lager.

Fermented with our Cerveza Campeón Mexican Lager yeast and brewed with 20% maize in the grist, the beer comes in at 11° Plato and is designed to be crisp, clean and highly drinkable.

We're looking forward to tasting the finished beer soon. Thanks to the Piwnica Rajców team for the warm hospitality and a great day in the brewhouse.

Ølfestival 2026 from Danske Ølentusiaster 🇩🇰

Last week, we had the pleasure of exhibiting at Ølfestival 2026 in Copenhagen, organised by Danske Øelentusiaster.

It was a fantastic few days celebrating great beer, connecting with brewers and beer enthusiasts, and discussing our yeast range with attendees from across the industry. We were proud to share a stand with our Danish distribution partner, JMBRYG.

Events like Ølfestival are a great reminder of the strength and collaboration within the brewing community, and it was wonderful to catch up with friends from Stepping Stone Brewing Co., Ørbæk Bryggeri, Dry & Bitter Brewing Company, Slowburn Brewing Co-op, ØLSNEDKEREN, SKØL Brygkompagni, Fanø Bryghus, Bicycle Brewing Copenhagen, Thisted Bryghus, Spybrew, Kølster and Bryg365.dk.

We've brewed something special with Italy's Birrificio Wild Raccoon🍻

Check out this collaboration with Wild Raccoon, a 16.9 Plato NEIPA fermented with our Thiol Theory yeast.

The beer is called Follow the Shimmer, and it's going to taste incredible.
