Fresh, colourful and packed with goodness — vitamin C, antioxidants and fibre, for a light but satisfying summer lunch. ☀️

A little teaser for next week… 👀 Almost back!

Cold Lasagna with roasted pepper cream, chorizo, tomato, stracciatella and fresh basil. 😮

A refreshing summer twist on an Italian classic. Creamy stracciatella, sweet roasted peppers, juicy tomatoes and a touch of spicy chorizo layered between delicate pasta sheets. Light, full of flavour and perfect for a sunny lunch break.
