Long time no see! I hope you're safe and doing well.
2020 has been a weird year for the most part but not all of it was bad, confinement worldwide and ridiculous political decisions aside.
I kept my job and have been working from home, gaining a tremedous amount of time for myself and my refueled creativity! Being home was an opportunity to do what I never had the time to and to rething my daily life: trying recipes, building furniture, learning new things, tidying my home etc!
This led me to systematically use my machine from Moulinex to make yogurts! I liked the idea to choose my own milk, ferments and flavor BUT also the fact that if I don't need yogurts, I just don't make them = , and 🌟
If you have a fullproof recipe let me know! I always look for tips and tricks to improve the taste and texture of my batches. If you're looking for a recipe, this might be it 😄 If you have ever tried to make yogurt with less than 2-3 tablespoons of a previous batch, let me know how it turned out ^^
In any case, let me know what you think and don't hesitate to give me pointers 🤩
For me, working from home means: being less on the road, sleeping more, having a real breakfast and lunch and finishing work early. So what do I do what all the time I gained? I learn new things and improve other, one of which being improving my homemade yogurt recipe.
