This year, Kafei Atelier is offering three limited-edition Christmas bûches, each created to bring its own magic to your celebrations:
☕ Vanilla & Coffee
A silky vanilla mousse, deep coffee crémeux, tender sponge and almond croustillant. A creamy and aromatic choice for coffee lovers and anyone craving a decadent holiday dessert.
🌿 Genmaicha Crème Brûlée
Comforting Japanese green tea and toasted rice wrapped around a smooth crème brûlée insert, light ganache montée and oat croustillant. Balanced, aromatic and quietly luxurious.
🍐 Yuzu Jasmine Meringue
A bright poire yuzu center, jasmine ganache montée with a subtle tang, soft sponge and delicate floral notes. At its base, an almond croustillant. Light, elegant and refreshingly modern.
