Borger Nocturnes - Vernissages - Finissages

25.10.2024 Nieuwe deelnemers kunnen hun aanvraag minstens één maand vooraf indienen.

BORGER is een dynamische samenwerking tussen galeries en kunstorganisaties in en rond de districten Borgerhout, Berchem en Zurenborg. Ze organiseren jaarlijks vier gemeenschappelijke avonden met NOCTURNES, VERNISSAGES en FINISSAGES, tijdens de herfst, de winter, de lente en de zomer. Je kunt je ook aanmelden als pop-up initiatief of met een tijdelijke tentoonstelling via [email protected]

A sense of wonder, a nightly carole. A dim lit path to wander, a nocturnal gathering, an evening stroll. What might one find alongside the trails of Borger? Let’s find out together, two weeks to go.

In exactly two weeks, 21 art spaces, galleries and institutions in and around Borgerhout and Zurenborg will open their doors for the first Borger Nocturne of the season. Join us Friday, October 30th and discover what the night has on offer.

Many, many ways of seeing.

The Borger Nocturnes offer a wide variety of locations, from galleries to art spaces and institutions all located in Borgerhout and Zurenborg, with loads of exhibitions, screenings, performances and happenings to see and experience during one nightly opening.

Our next nocturnal gathering happens Friday, October 30th, with a full participant list and program to be shared imminently.

Hear hear, a new season of nocturnal openings is upon us.

The orange hues of Fall topple the deep greens of Summer and announce our first nocturne. Gathered under the night sky, go around merry like. A neighbouring visit, happenings, exhibitions and a drink. October 30th is what the rumour says.

Borger is back with its seasonal nocturnes and we’re now in preparation of our Fall edition, happening on Friday, October 30th 2026.
