Only for the month of Ramadan, I’m bringing my favourite Resha Haleem recipe out from the archives. It’s traditionally a Pakistani recipe I learnt while living in Qatar from my Pakistani friends and their mums. It’s filled with tons of shredded beef and is a labour of love. A true arm workout.
