âĸ To get the discount, the âD4â code must be applied.
Customers can add the coupon code during payment from the âPaymentâ option in the app
Customers can also tap the Coupon icon in the app menu to add the code
Customers can enjoy a discount of up to BDT 100 once per day and up to 2 times during the campaign.
âĸ To use a new coupon, any previously unused coupon must be used first.
âĸ A discount coupon can be used only once per transaction.

Terms and Conditions
âĸ This offer applies to all customers with an active bKash account. Customers must have active outgoing and incoming transactions to enjoy the offer.
âĸ Customers must successfully make a payment to the specified bKash merchant wallet to enjoy the offer.
âĸ If a customer fails to receive the offer for any unknown/unexpected reason, bKash will attempt discount distribution up to 3 times within 2 months after the campaign ends. If unsuccessful, no further attempts will be made, and the customer will no longer be eligible.
âĸ If any specific transaction and/or customer transaction behavior raises a reasonable suspicion of misuse, bKash reserves the right to cancel the discount benefit.
âĸ bKash is not responsible if the merchant fails to ensure product availability or delivery; bKash only provides the payment service.
âĸ If the merchant refunds the customer due to failed delivery, bKash is not obligated to reinstate the offer limit for that transaction. The customer will be considered to have already availed the discount.
âĸ If a customer makes an incorrect payment on the merchant website/app, they are requested to contact the respective merchant.
âĸ If a customer requests a refund from the merchant after receiving the discount, the coupon amount will also be withdrawn from the customerâs account.
âĸ If the campaign involves a promo code, the customer must apply the promo code during payment or tap the coupon icon in the menu to add the coupon.
âĸ For any queries regarding the discount coupon, customers are requested to contact the respective merchant.
âĸ Both bKash and participating merchants reserve the right, without prior notice, to change/modify the offer terms & conditions, outlet/merchant participation, or cancel the campaign entirely.

â Yes, if the customer correctly adds the coupon code and their payment is valid, bKash can verify the authenticity of the transaction, and if the customerâs incoming transactions are active, the customer will receive the discount. However, if any specific transaction and/or customer activity raises a reasonable suspicion that the customer has misused the coupon benefit, bKash reserves the right to cancel the customerâs offer.
