Yes! We are open tomorrow Saturday 25th of July.

Why only open on 1 day? We need 150-300 lionfish for 1 Saturday. We have to catch them one by one, with scuba gear and polespear.

That is the main reason.

But diving around Aruba depends also on wind conditions. Heavy wind makes diving the Northside really difficult or impossible.

So you can eat lionfish (almost) every Saturday from 12.00 - 4.00 pm at LionFish Snack Aruba

We are closed tomorrow Saturday 18th of July.

Due to the hard winds we had lately we did not catch enough lionfish. We will work hard to be open next week 25th of July.

De komende dagen waait de wind rond Aruba, Bonaire en Curaçao aanzienlijk harder dan normaal. Hierdoor zijn de zeecondities ruwer dan gebruikelijk.

Wij adviseren iedereen om de komende dagen extra voorzichtig te zijn en rekening te houden met de actuele weers- en zeeomstandigheden.

🌦️ Volg de weersupdates en officiële berichten van Meteo Curaçao, Meteo Aruba en de desbetreffende lokale instanties.

🚫 Vermijd onnodige risico’s.

🏊‍♂️ Ga niet zwemmen of varen op zee, tenzij dit noodzakelijk is.
✅ Controleer uw vaartuig.

⛵ Zorg ervoor dat uw boot in goede en veilige staat verkeert voordat u vertrekt.
