Cooee Coffee Co isn’t built to be another coffee brand on the shelf.
We’re deliberately niche.
We focus on specialty coffee, thoughtful products and doing things differently — from roasting and packing our coffee in-house on the Sunshine Coast to manufacturing our own steeped coffee bags right here at our roastery.
That means Cooee Coffee Co is closely involved in the whole process, from the coffee we source and roast through to how the finished product is manufactured, packed and presented.
We work with distinctive coffees, including Australian-grown coffee, and focus on the things that can easily get lost at scale: quality, freshness, provenance and purpose.
Our steeped coffee bags are a good example of that thinking — real freshly ground specialty coffee, manufactured and packed at our roastery into a convenient single-serve format using biodegradable bag, tag and string materials that are free from bleach and microplastics.
Being independent gives Cooee Coffee Co the freedom to develop products we genuinely believe in, invest in our own manufacturing capability and keep looking for better ways to do things.
