A quick update for tomorrow (04/06/2026) — we’ll be closing early at 1pm for some follow‑up medical appointments.

If you’re planning a visit, swing by in the morning and we’ll look after you.

And for next week: We’ll be open for our normal trading hours on the King’s Birthday public holiday.

A huge thank you to everyone who got around The Cubano Cameo — it was very well‑enjoyed, the feedback was brilliant, and so many of you told us how much you loved having this little feature number sitting alongside our always‑on menu.

Its time in the spotlight has now come to an end, and The Cubano Cameo has officially drifted off the board.

But the winds don’t stay still for long — we’re already deep into crafting our next June feature‑menu creation, and it’s shaping up to be something special.

🌬️ New Feature‑Menu Drop: The Cubano Cameo

Say hello to The Cubano Cameo — the very first star of our brand‑new feature‑menu line-up.

She’s blown in for a short, juicy little visit, built on the iconic Cubano and stacked with slow‑cooked marinated pork, ham, Swiss cheese, pickles and mustard, then pressed until it sings… this one is pure deliciousness.

Our everyday favourites aren’t going anywhere, but from today you’ll start seeing limited‑time creations drift onto the menu — make some noise — and disappear before you can say “wait, bring that back”.

The Cubano Cameo is here until the end of May, and then it’s gone with the wind.

If you’re a “I’ll try it next week” person… this is your sign.
When The Cubano Cameo leaves, it leaves.

🌬️✨ A quick update for our Little Stray Winds Café community…
Tomorrow, Thursday 7 May, we’ll be closing early at 1:00pm as we need to make a trip to Lismore for medical reasons. So for tomorrow only, our hours will be: 6:30am → 1:00pm

We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and truly appreciate your understanding.

If you’re planning to pop in, we’d love to see you during our shorter window. Come by for breakfast, brunch, a toastie, a sweet treat, a smoothie, frappe, a coffee, or to grab your Quattro Venti pastured eggs for the week.

Our eggs go fast, so if you want to lock in your order, just call ahead and we’ll put a carton aside for you.

A crowd favourite toastie this week has been our Ham ’n’ Attitude — smoked local ham with melted cheese, tangy seeded mustard, and caramelised onions, toasted on a crusty panini roll.

Bringing your fur babies along?
They’re always welcome — puppychinos are always on the house at Little Stray Winds, and we’ve got treats ready for the ones we love.
We’re big dog lovers here (our own mini bull, Ike, keeps us well‑trained), so your pups get the full Little Stray Winds welcome.
We’ve even added a doggy water bowl out front to keep our thirsty visitors happy.

Our Quattro Venti New Italy Lifestyle Farm Pastured Free Range Eggs have been in full training mode — the fluffy‑bum‑nut girls are laying like they’re going for gold. Every egg is hand graded by us, and most sit right up near the top of their size range:
600g dozens lean toward 60g, and 700g dozens often nudge the high 60s.

Because we own both Quattro Venti and Little Stray Winds Café, these golden‑yolk beauties come straight from our paddocks to our shelves. No middlemen. No mystery. Just locals raising good food for locals — fluffy bums and all.
