The calm before the storm,

it was a complete honour to cater for over 450 people yesterday on Christmas Day.

From the first table to the last table within 30 mins.
We would also like to thank each and every volunteer that helped us achieve this. We could not have done this without you all.

For the third consecutive year, Chef 4 Hire is proud to be catering Christmas Day lunch for Christmas for Those Alone, a charity dedicated to ensuring no one feels forgotten during the festive season.

We’ll be serving up mouth-watering food with all the trimmings, including a variety of hot and cold options, plus plenty of delicious desserts to finish the day on a sweet note.

At Chef 4 Hire, we truly believe that nobody should be alone on Christmas Day. That’s why our team donates their time to give back to the community and support those who may be doing it tough or simply need company and a warm meal.

If you or someone you know is in need of support, you are more than welcome to join us and enjoy a wonderful Christmas lunch surrounded by community, kindness, and connection.

We are so excited to be catering for the 3rd year running. We can’t wait to see you all there on Christmas Day.

Bookings for the GV Community Lunch are now open.
Don't sit home alone on Christmas Day. Come and enjoy a delicious lunch at the McIntosh Centre, Shepparton Showgrounds with new and old friends at no charge. You will be made very welcome and there will be face painting and games for the children.

Please telephone Sue to book yourself a place at the table and ensure that we are able to cater for everyone.

This year we have a sensory area for our guests who require it - please let Sue know when you are making your booking that you have sensory issues.

Limited transport is available and must be booked in advance.

There will be limited wheelchair transport this year and must be booked.
