As a little girl, I used to dream about a life like this.

I dreamed about giving my children the childhood I wished I had.

A home filled with love.
Parents who were present.
Adventures together.
Memories they'll carry forever.

The craziest part?

To them... this is just normal.

They'll never know the fear, the sacrifices, the sleepless nights, or the moments we wondered if this little business would survive.

They'll just remember Mum and Dad being there.

This little business started with almost nothing.
No money. No guarantees. No roadmap.

Just two people who refused to let where we came from decide where our children would grow up.

Every early morning.
Every late night.
Every risk.
Every market.
Every order.

It was never just about selling food.

It was about changing the future of our family.

They say it takes a village… and these last few weekends proved exactly that ❤️

A huge THANK YOU to our amazing HTS crew for holding down the fort while we took some much-needed time away with our whanau.

Running a small family business isn't always easy, and being able to step away knowing our customers were in such good hands meant the world to us.

To our girls - thank you for the early mornings, the long days, the laughs, the hard work, and for serving every customer with the same love and care that HTS was built on. We know it wasn't always easy, but you absolutely smashed it 💪🏽 We could not be more proud of you!

To everyone who came by over the last couple of weekends, thank you for supporting our crew, being patient, showing kindness and continuing to support our little dream.

To our Parklea Bestie's / Neighbours, thank you for checking in on our girls and helping when needed!

It’s hard to put into words how grateful we are ❤️

This is a long one so buckle up 🤣

A massive thank you to for inviting us to be part of the Parramatta Leagues Food Fest.

We started this business with very little - just a dream, a lot of late nights, long prep days, taking risks and hoping people would believe in what we were building. So to be given opportunities like this honestly means more than people probably realise.

Thank you for trusting us and giving small family businesses like ours a space to showcase what we love doing. Events like this are more than just selling food - they create opportunities, memories and moments we’ll carry with us for a long time.

To every person who stood in line, shared our posts, bought a meal, told a friend, or came over to support us… thank you.
Every order, every kind word and every bit of support helps keep this dream alive.

We don’t take opportunities like this for granted and we’re genuinely so thankful to have been part of it.

We also want to say a Thank you to a few local business friends - if im being honest, this past weekend would not of been possible without their help and support.
