Start with thinly sliced golden & red beetroot, stracciatella, candied walnuts, citrus herb emulsion and local honey.

Then mushroom pappardelle with parmesan, egg yolk and Tower Hill truffle, followed by a rich dark chocolate espresso tart with crème fraîche.
