Some beef is defined by breed. Rangers Valley takes it a step further.

WX by Rangers Valley brings together a 100% Wagyu sire with carefully selected genetics, creating a crossbred Wagyu built around flavour, marbling and texture.

Then comes time. The cattle are slowly fed over 360 days, allowing them to develop naturally while building the marbling and consistency the range is known for.

The result is classic Australian beef with the richness of Japanese Wagyu. Deep flavour, buttery mouthfeel and plenty of character.

A producer that earns its place on the menu.
