Chef Noah has been busy working alongside his dad Chef Brad to create some ripper September specials to ring in Spring.

🦘Chargrilled Kangaroo Served on a bed of sweet potato mash with veg and a red wine jus.

🥧Pie of the month this month is a curried scallop pie, with chips and salad.

🥩Red Wine and Pepperberry Beef Cheek, with garlic chats and veg.

⚽In honor of world cup winners Spain, soccer mad Chef Noah has come up with a hearty Spanish Salad. Fennel, Chorizo, Roast Baby Beets, Spanish Olives, Fetta, fresh crunch, Zesty blood orange dressing.

🌭 Nath's Bratwurst, too big for the bun, sausage loaded up with cheese, crispy onion and relish.

🥖 Chef Noahs take on the French Brisket Dip Baguette. Fall apart slow cooked brisket piled high on a toasted baguette, served with a rich beef jus for dunking every delicious bite.

🥩 30 day Dry Aged Porterhouse.
A seriously good steak. Tender and chargrilled to your liking, served with buttery mash and seasonal veg.
