Here in the Snowy Mountains we are lucky to have some of the most stunning natural landscapes in the world, enjoying pristine countryside and abundant wildlife all around us. It has been a lifelong passion of mine to create the perfect synergy between great country food & hospitality, and our stunning landscapes & mountain lifestyle. Crackenback Farm Restaurant & Guesthouse is the realisation of that dream. I have been in the hospitality industry all my life. As daughter of food and wine man Len Evans, it is in my DNA! As a trained chef I have worked in catering and restaurants in Sydney, Adelaide, Thredbo, the Hunter Valley, London and the French Alps, settling back in the Snowy Mountains in 2013 to bring my own touch to food and lodgings in the beautiful Crackenback Valley.

All of Jodie’s famous pies are made from scratch right here at Crackenback Farm, so when a batch of our delicious chicken & leek pies was on the menu, we thought we’d give you a little behind-the-scenes look at how the magic happens.

The O’Donnell Brothers are returning to Crackenback Farm 🎶

Join us for Brotherhood, a two-hour celebration of some of the greatest sibling acts in music history, brought to life with the soaring harmonies and unmistakable sound of Andy & Pat O’Donnell.

Best known today as two-thirds of acclaimed trio Wild Things Run, the brothers are stepping out for a special show celebrating the songs, stories and sounds of brotherhood.

Expect favourites from the Allman Brothers, The Doobie Brothers, Neil & Tim Finn, The Bee Gees, Everly Brothers and The Beach Boys, plus a few of the O’Donnell Brothers’ own originals.

And because live music is even better with great food, why not make a day of it? 🍷
