Today was the day! Our last day at Shop 4/359 Illawarra Rd, Marrickville. The whole GFF team would like to thank you all for your amazing support. We’ve had locals, greater Sydney residents and even those from interstate and overseas come to visit us. We’re so happy that you came and enjoyed our food and drinks, and so grateful for all your kind words.
The very best part of this experience was seeing the excitement and happiness on our customers’ faces. People looking up at our menu and realising that they were able to choose ANYTHING, without having to ask if it’s gluten free and coeliac safe. We saw people smile, get teary, jump up and down and even high five each other! It’s been a pleasure to make this happen for the gluten free community.
Although closing our door for the last time today was very sad, there is also lots to look forward to…. The journey doesn’t end here for GFF! Once we set up our new kitchen, we’ll do markets, as well as wholesale and online dessert orders. One day we’re hoping to open a new shop!
Thank you to our amazing GFF team for all your hard work and all the fun. So happy that you’re staying with us for the next set of adventures!
