We want to extend a huge thank you to all of our customers for supporting us especially over the last couple of weeks.

The negozio is busy, our stockists are selling our product and home deliveries have increased.

Supporting small business has never been so important. You're the reason why we are here, you're the reason why our doors are open. You're the reason why we are so energetic & passionate about what we're doing.

Our customers motivate us. They keep us going despite all of the challenges that small business has to face. Things that are out of our control, hurdles and the economy.

We just want to make good food. Real food. Authentic food. Thank you for choosing to support our small family business.

WEDNESDAY = NEGOZIO PREP DAY 🫡💪
All hands on deck. Here's a 20 second video of some of what we do on Wednesdays; the eve of the negozio opening for our 3 days of trade.

Our products are a lot of labour and love. No shortcuts and small batches. That's how we ensure we are produce quality products for our customers.

🇬🇷YIAYIA'S PASTITSIO LAUNCH🇬🇷
A huge thank you to our customers who came into the Negozio over the last couple of days so eager to try our Yiayia's Pastitsio. Her recipe. Nick's kitchen.

We have already received positive feedback from all types of customers. Those with and without Greek heritage.

This makes us immensely proud that we're hitting the mark with this product.

Our Pastitsio is going to be a new staple product in our take home meals range. Which will be able to be found in the freezer section.

Like Yiayia's. But Nick's. ❤️👵

YIAYIA'S RECIPE. NICK'S KITCHEN. YOUR LOCAL MEDITERRANEAN FOOD STORE.

Today we are launching our Pastitsio. 100% Yiayia's recipe. No substitute of ingredients, no shortcuts and no compromises.

We have made our Pastitsio in 2 sizes. 1kg & 2.2kg.

This product is another recipe straight out of Yiayia's cookbook.

You're loving our Greek products. So we've decided to add to it.

WHAT IS PASTITSIO?
It's a Greek pasta bake, long bucatini pasta stacked with a rich beef mince ragu then finished with a thick layer of béchamel and grated cheese.
