Delicious French Madeleines, with lemon zest & honey. 🍯💛 They are made with organic ingredients AND with Lard Ass Butter , handmade in Ocean Grove. A real good butter makes all the difference when it comes to cake and food in general. These little sweets are my (and my daughter) favourites to make & to eat! 🤤🫠

My heart is heavy. I see all these fires in Europe, in Canada, in France where my family & friends live. All these persons, animals & nature deeply impacted. My deepest prayers go to them. 🙏🏻 I pray for the rain to soothe the soil & the spirits on fire.💧🩵 This is an important reminder to try our best to be conscious about what we are buying and eating, where it comes from, how it has been made. It is not about perfection, it is about trying to do our best part, to respect the living, as we are all one. ✨💚🌿

J’ai le cœur lourd, quand je vois tous ces incendies en Europe, au Canada, en France où vit ma famille et mes amis. Mes pensées vont vers toutes les personnes, les animaux et la nature affectés par ces incendies. Je prie pour que la pluie revienne et apaise le sol et les esprits en feu. 🙏🏻💧🩵 Ceci est un rappel important d’être conscient de ce que nous achetons et mangeons, d’où est ce que cela provient, comment cela a été produit. Il ne s’agit pas de perfection, mais de faire de notre mieux, pour respecter le vivant, car nous ne sommes qu’un. ✨💚🌿

Organic Red capsicum, carrot & onion tart slice 🥕served with organic lettuce & avocado🥑 and organic pumpkin seeds, linseeds & feta. Vinaigrette is the coconut blossom nectar balsamic vinegar from Niulife that I adore!

This is a meal that I would tipically eat in Summer. But sometimes in winter, I love to make a lighter & simple summer lunch.🩵

While I always encourage to eat seasonal local produce, sometimes I make exceptions. 🤭 We can find avocados year-round in Australia due to its diverse climate. They are a great source of fiber, healthy fats, and vitamins B, C, E, and K.

Starting the day with a nourishing breakfast is so important to go through the day with a balanced energy. I personally love this recipe. I make it for my daughter & I regularly and we LOVE it! 😍

✨ Our range of vegetarian & vegan Sandwiches is available, made with a majority of pesticide free/organic seasonal ingredients and Le Comptoir Bakehouse delicious bread. 🥖
Choice of baguette, ficelle & rye bread. All handmade in Aireys Inlet with pesticide-free flour. 🌿
My favourite is the homemade black tapenade, hard boiled free-range eggs, brie, arugula (rocket) & pickles. Yum! 😋
