Sweet scallops, bright citrus and a little sparkle of caviar 🍋✨

Our Scallop Ceviche is raw scallop dressed in orange and lemon, with pickled onion for a sharp bite and avruga caviar on top. It's cool, fresh and very summery.

It's best eaten on the terrace with a glass of something crisp, looking out at the Opera House 🌊
