Some of my absolute favourite food stories as Food Editor of Australian House & Garden with a stellar creative team over the years.
I’m often asked what inspires the recipes I create each month. It always begins with a theme, and from there I’m guided by seasonal produce, colours, family traditions and the flavours I know will bring people together.
Of course, we shoot months in advance, so sourcing has become a skill in itself! But that’s part of the magic, imagining how each recipe will look, feel and hopefully inspire you to cook at home.
As we wrap our winter shoot day, I’m feeling so thankful for every recipe, every table and every moment that travels from the pages of House & Garden into your homes.
