Our Strawberry Japanese Chiffon Cake is light, soft and beautifully fresh, with strawberry, lychee & pomegranate. 🍓✨ Perfect for birthdays, celebrations or simply making an ordinary day feel a little more special.

The collection moves effortlessly between delicate florals, bright fruits, earthy textures and refined savoury bites. Soft peach meets fragrant orange blossom. Apple is paired with jasmine. Bubblegum is elevated with rose and mixed berries. Pistachio meets raspberry in a delicate macaron, while savoury creations balance the experience with honey, pear and prosciutto, salmon roe atop potato tartin, and a rich chicken and mushroom choux — every tier is designed to surprise the eye and the palate.

This Wednesday marks Qixi, the Chinese Valentine’s Day — and if you’re still looking for a little something special, our 心语 · Whisper of Love cake might just be it. 🌹

Inspired by the timeless love story of Qixi, this delicate creation brings together rose, strawberry, guava and lychee in soft, floral and fruity layers. 💗

It’s been so loved that we’ve decided to keep it on the menu a little longer — even beyond Qixi! Still, it’s only here for a limited time.
