Paramount Coffee Project is hiring a new Head of Coffee. Head of Coffee will oversee all of our coffee operations: from roasting our own green, selecting the coffees we showcase on our menu, and managing a team of baristas on the bar. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced barista to take creative control of a busy espresso bar and roasting program. You'll get the chance to liaise with coffee roasters all over Australia and internationally. You will help organise events and residencies online with industry trends. We are licensed so the role also includes selection of a small menu
(wine, beer and cocktails).

The ideal applicant will:
- have a strong background as a barista, and roasting experience will be preferred
- have experience cupping and tasting coffees
- be highly organised, and with attention to detail
- be clean and professional
- be quality focused in all aspects of the role
- have good knowledge of current industry trends
- have experience using ordering systems, rosters, and writing reports
- have excellent communication skills, and a team player
- be available weekends, as they are our busiest days.
- have full time working rights, and an RSA (or willing to get one)
