We are thrilled to share with you our results from the recent Royal Agricultural Society of NSW Fine Food Show!

Our products were judged in open professional bakery classes alongside entries from leading non gluten free bakeries across Australia.

🥇 GOLD — 72-Hour Triple Chocolate Hazelnut Brownie
The highest-scored exhibit across all 6 classes in the Cake Category. The only product awarded Gold in the Brownies & Slices class.

🥇 GOLD — Banana Almond Cake
One of only two Gold medallists among 18 Small Cakes entries, receiving the second-highest result in the entire class.

🥈 SILVER — Angel Chiffon
The second-highest-rated exhibit in the complete Cakes, Tortes & Gateaux class.

🥈 SILVER — Chocolate Chip Cookie
Awarded Silver in a highly competitive 17-entry professional biscuit class.

🥈 SILVER — Flourless Chocolate Cake
Awarded Silver in the open Small Cakes class, competing against cakes, doughnuts, lamingtons and scones.

🥉 BRONZE — Orange Almond Cake
A Sydney Royal Bronze medallist from the same competitive 18-entry Small Cakes class.
