Home cooked scotch beef fillets with Jez_kitchen homemade bulgogi sauce👍👍👍👍

Ingredients:

2x medium onions
3-4 X Gloves garlic
2X pears
2X apples
2-3 Teaspoon brown sugar
4X tablespoon kikoman soya sauce
1kg scotch beef fillets
2X teaspoon sesame seeds

1. Boil the apples and pears till soft
2. Blend the onions, garlic, boiled apples n pears
3. Cut the scotch fillet thin pieces, marinate the sauce and add the kikoman soya sauce, brown sugar, salt and pepper and fresh sesame seeds and put it in the fridge overnight.
4. BBQ the marinated scotch fillets or pan fry the scotch fillets

Had a lovely evening last night catching up with this beautiful and wonderful human Hanna and Yuki, thank you ladies for coming and Hanna for bringing the home brewed ginger beer and stout beer, honestly I really liked it, see I didn't get drunk drinking the home brewed beers 😎😀😎😀 Happy Sunday everyone and GBU all!!!!

Home made Chicken Empanadas 👍👍👍👍
Recipe:
Chicken breast - dice into small pieces
2 medium onions diced small
2-3 gloves of garlic
2-3 potatoes - diced
2-3 carrots -diced
Celery - Diced
4-5 eggs (boiled and cut into quarters)
Salt
Pepper
Vegeta salt
Half a cup of water
Half a cup of plain flour
One teaspoon cumin powder, clove powder, nutmeg powder and cinnamon powder

Fry onions and garlic then add chicken, carrots, potatoes, celery, add the cumin, nutmeg, cloves and cinnamon powder, vegeta salt, salt, pepper, sugar stir it and add water, cover with lid, once cooked add the flour and let it rest

Buy ready make puff pastry or make your own pastry, rolled the pastry add the quarter egg, then the filling closed the pastry and you could either fry or bake them in the oven.....and it's ready to be nom nom 😍😍😍😍
