Tomorrow is Hina’s last day at Ganache 🤍🇯🇵

Tomorrow, we’ll be saying goodbye to one of the kindest people we’ve ever had the privilege of working with.

Hina is returning to Japan to finish her studies, and while we’re incredibly proud of her, our hearts are genuinely broken to see her go.

Over the past few months, she hasn’t just worked hard, she has looked after every customer with the most beautiful kindness, the biggest smile, and a warmth that can’t be taught. She has become part of our little Ganache family.

So tomorrow, if you’re stopping by, please give Hina a big hug, bring her a flower, write her a little note, or simply thank her for the joy she’s brought to our community.

She deserves to know just how loved she is.

Thank you, Hina. You’ll always have a home at Ganache. We love you and already miss you ❤️

A little upgrade at Ganache… ✨

It might look empty today… but give our team a few hours and it’ll be filled with handcrafted cakes, and desserts made fresh for you!

A little apology…

Yesterday, we discovered there was an issue with one of our batches of Basque cheesecake, and unfortunately a few were sold before we realised. As soon as we noticed, we removed the rest from our display.

We’re genuinely sorry to anyone who received one that wasn’t up to our usual standard.

We put our heart into everything we make, but like everyone, we’re human and sometimes we make mistakes. When we do, we believe it’s important to own them.

If you happened to purchase one yesterday, please come and see us, we’d love to replace it for you.

Someone accidentally left this black/leopard print jacket behind at our Bastille Day event. It was left on a chair at around 1:00pm on Saturday (see photo).
