Aei4eiA (parent company of Maya Emporium & Maya of Australia premium Indian Tea) Turns 15!
===========
In June 2026, Aei4eiA turned 15! Aei4eiA started in Sydney, Australia as a Socioeconomic Research firm.

In 2017: Maya of Australia®- an Australian tea brand of premium Indian Teas launched in Sydney, Australia! Our teas have reached the length & breadth of Australia, trickled in New Zealand & Fiji.

In 2019, we opened first of its kind Premium Indian Tea & Fine Indian Art gallery- Maya Emporium in Sydney, Australia.

We welcomed visitors @ gallery from a broad spectrum of ages, interest & backgrounds...
We have been relentlessly working with the core values [Integrity, Ingenuity, Hard work, Courage] intact.
As Dr. Jayantee Mukherjee Saha (Founder & Director, Aei4eiA) says, "Believe it or not, in this integrated and borderless world, today, businesses how so ever big or small it may be, are impacted by geopolitical dynamics and alignment matters. In such a situation being true to the cause while remaining independent requires unparalleled creativity, knowledge, skills and belief in one's own credibility. Hmm, not an easy task I suppose. Many around will attempt to belittle the credibility of the business, discourage, ignore and once they see something is sprouting- obstruct and create troubles...on a regular basis...But if one knows and believe that the business is on the right track then no matter what the show must go on. And for that, the business needs to have a clear value-driven vision, knowledge about what it is doing, ability to learn and adapt quickly to the everchanging dynamic business and broader geopolitical situations.

When we started expanding the business from socioeconomic research to tea trade launching our brand of teas and also opening the first of its kind Indian art gallery in Australia.....we were excited with the idea of creating something new. 15 years..yes...it has been a journey and each day is a new day. We do not have the luxury to sit on our past laurels but to keep going to attain new heights while trying to improve ourselves every single day.

We sincerely thank all who have believed in us and supported our journey thus far....I can assure you all that many more interesting projects await us ahead...and hope that, just like now, you will still be by our side then.Thank You".

"The World Today & It's Key Socio-economic Perspectives: Is The Balance Between The Civil Society & The Evil Society Tilted?" Here's a quick snapshot. Here's the link to the full article- https://www.aei4eia.com.au/TheWorldTodayItsKeySocioeconomicPerspectives

Writing this article involved months of research/number crunching and years of experience in leading from the front.

Now, the middle eastern war is certainly the centre of world's attention. But if we turn back time a little, where were we? In 'Decade of Distress'? Has it led up to the stage where we are in now? Starting from birth-to-death, as individuals, we may broadly classify our life into five stages. Throughout these stages our lives are impacted by micro as well as macro environment. They are often inter-related, inter-dependent and interchangeable.

In this elaborate article, we primarily analysed the following:
# Mapping life stages with respect to the key macro socioeconomic factors;
# Analysis of what led us to the 'decade of distress';
# The Latent (yet somewhat visible) interference of organised crime and evil society in our day-to-day functioning
# The way forward.....and more....

Next time when you see a business going bust or a family undergoing breakup or some unusual matrimonial alliance in the family, the reason might even be something else rather than just what is visible.
