Understanding coffee roast date.

When is it good for consumption? How long does it remain fresh?

We allow our roasted single origins and blends to rest for around 7 days. This helps balance flavours and acidity while also degassing the beans.

As for the best before, we recommend consuming the coffee within 3 months. You know the drill - store it in an airtight container to maximise freshness.
