Across three hours, you'll learn our gluten-free sourdough method from start to finish- from caring for your starter and understanding ingredients to shaping, scoring, baking, and taste testing.

Whether you're new to sourdough or looking to refine your gluten-free baking skills, this workshop will give you the confidence to create artisan-style bread at home.

You'll head home with your own Wholegreen Bakery starter, a freshly baked loaf, dough ready to bake, an apron, scoring blade, and a gluten-free sourdough recipefor you to bake at home.

This Mother's Day, we’re reflecting on the generations behind Wholegreen Bakery.

Three generations, side by side, each playing their part, each showing up in their own way. From stepping in when it’s needed most to helping carry things forward, it’s a shared journey built on care, support, and connection.

What began as something deeply personal has grown into a space where more people feel seen and included. A community shaped by lived experience, understanding, and a genuine desire to make room for everyone at the table.

For Mother's Day, we’re taking a moment to share something close to home. For Cherie, it’s always been about her mum, Mabel- a steady presence behind the scenes, helping with the flowers, the finishing touches, and quietly stepping in whenever she’s needed.

From early mornings to the busiest days, she’s there, offering her time, her care, and her constant support. There’s a kind of care that doesn’t ask for attention, but shapes everything around it, the kind that shows up, again and again, without needing to be seen.

And in return, a few words from Mabel, of pride, of hard work, and of watching it all come together over the years, seeing a dream grow into something real.

A small tribute to the women who support us, stand beside us, and make so much possible.
