To celebrate the release of our Japanese Style Lager, Block's Bar has been transformed into a contemporary Japanese inspired finish, resembling the loved touch points of Shinjuku’s Golden Gai alleys, bars and towering

skyline. Joji Shikama, our Executive chef at 4 Pines, has used his years of experience and culture to create an Izakaya style menu, intended to be shared between mates over a fresh beer pouring from the brewery upstairs or a sake bottle. This pop up has a 5-day line-up of Japanese food and beverage specials, entertainment and Karaoke events.

Two full hours of sashimi, yakitori, karaage, okonomiyaki and more, with slushies, margs, beers and bubbles flowing the whole way through, all for just $89. Japanese share plates done properly, at a pace that lets you enjoy them.
