The ones who know when a batch is RIGHT before anyone has to tell them.

The ones who get excited about swirls, crunches, brownies, cookies, sauces, ripples, textures… and making ice cream that is bold, not boring.

SMiZE & DREAM is hiring an Ice Cream Maker & Pastry Cook for our Sydney production kitchen.

And just to be super clear: we need someone who has actually made ice cream or gelato professionally before. This is not a “love ice cream and we’ll teach you everything” situation. 😜

We’ll teach you OUR crazy.

Put some respect on her crème:

Toasted coconut ice cream, green and white vanilla cake, toasted coconut flakes, cream cheese frosting and Creamy-colored dots. All house-made, dahling.

We all know Creamy is awful.
