This Saturday 22 November, after 25 extraordinary years, we close our doors… and what a way to go out 🏮
Two sold-out nights for our special event The Secrets of the Red Lantern and to sum up the evening my heart is full. The room was overflowing with love, stories, ancestors, laughter, and truth.
Red Lantern has been my teacher, my healer, my mirror.
She held our family through the hardest seasons and the most triumphant moments.
She gave us a language for the things we never knew how to say.
Secrets of the Red Lantern didn’t just change my life. It transformed the trajectory of my entire family. We reconciled because of the stories that came through us. We healed because we were willing to tell the truth. For that, we are grateful beyond words.

To everyone who sat in that room: you are testament to the love people have had for us over all these years. This has been one of the most extraordinary rooms to host, to feed, to storytell, to watch people soften and open.
I am proud of the food.
I am proud of the decor.
I am proud of the legacy.
And I am so deeply grateful for the people who have walked this journey with me: Luke, Mark, Adam, Phuong, my family and the many souls who helped turn sparks of imagination into something timeless.
In my family, food has always been our language.
It is how we communicate the things we struggle to say.
It is how we love.
How we heal.
How we remember.
Red Lantern: thank you for twenty-five years of alchemy - you fed generations, you created a community and you changed us forever.
What a blessing it has been to serve you all, to serve through you… and to close this chapter surrounded by so much love ♥️
