Custom cakes for Dad — round cakes and slab cakes from $45. Caramel mud, black forest, dark chocolate, tiramisu. Add his name, his colours, any message you want on top.

The dough was mixed last night. By three the ovens are on, the rolls are weighed by hand, and the sourdough goes in first. By five the cabinet is full and the doors are open.
No music on this one — just the sound of the bakery.

We open at Boggo Road on Wednesday 19 August.

Buy any banh mi (from $13.50), add $5, and walk out with a box of 4 mini
savoury pastries — beef pie, sausage roll, bacon & cheese quiche, spinach
& fetta quiche. Normally $3.50 each.

All baked in-house from 4am, in the same oven as our banh mi rolls.

100 boxes a day. Once they're gone, they're gone.
