This story begins with passion… The passion of a couple who loved paella, a beautiful, courageous, and generous soul of one of the most incredible women anyone could ever meet. Jules owned Bella Paella for many a year, enriching the lives of those she met every single day (she still continues this legac
y on even now). A woman who absolutely excels in all she does, Jules set about to fine tune and tweak the Paella recipes until they were truly authentic. She absolutely nailed it, and for many years, she set about to bring love and great energy to all the people she catered for. Sharing her passion for the absolutely incredible Paella we bring you now. Covid-19 unfortunately had a role to play in this story, and Jules was unable to continue bringing her love and passion to the people of Australia with Paella anymore with restrictions and lockdowns. The business had to temporarily cease trade, and life had to move on. Then, Jules met another young couple, with all the fire, passion and love she herself has for Paella, and obviously with the changes to how businesses have been run since, decided to pass all she knows onto us! Now we step forward into the future together, with renewed passion, and vision. With the legacy Jules left us, we are so excited to again bring you Jules authentic Spanish paella, alongside a few extras. We cannot wait to be a part of your very own special events!
