It’s so special to see these recipes continue with people who genuinely care about quality. The range is now in store, and I couldn’t be happier.

💚 …And the juice goes on! 💚

I’m beyond excited to share that the juice will continue.

Over the past week, I’ve had the privilege of handing over our equipment, recipes, batching systems and the craft behind every bottle to the incredible team of chefs at Tony & Mark’s.

From this Friday, the five signature juices we created especially for Tony & Mark’s will continue to be made fresh and available in all eight Tony & Mark’s stores:

🫜 Harvest

Production begins tomorrow, and I couldn’t be more excited to see these recipes continue to nourish the Adelaide community.

As I wind down Juice Institute this week, I’m pleased to share that Tony & Mark’s will be taking over the juice press and the recipes I created for their stores. I’ll also be training the team and helping with the handover.

It’s comforting to know that something I’ve poured so much time, energy and passion into will continue on.

An exciting week for us here at Juice Institute, launching a new product range we have spent months researching, testing and developing.

We have absolutely loved the positive feedback this week. Hearing your messages and seeing your orders genuinely pumps Felicity and I up. Small business can be a lot, so moments like this mean everything.
