Hey folks- happy Sunday! My name is Tanya and I have an organic sourdough microbakery in Brisbane, Australia and a shared kitchen where I support other tiny food businesses to bring delicious to our community. I’m very lucky in that my friends are regenerative farmers and we can support them with our work and support our community being connected to their food. Deep in my heart I know AI can be massively impactful for small purpose driven food makers/growers and will help us create a better fairer more tasty food system. I have started working on many AI agents and not finished (so grateful I’m not alone when I can see there are many many very smart people here) and also am teaching/hosting a small group of like minded folks to start using and integrating AI into their businesses. Meet Josie from The Bush Nursery 🌱

Josie is a proud Gamilaroi woman from St George, Queensland, with years of experience growing and nurturing bush tucker plants.

Together with her husband Justin, a Bidjara man from Augathella, Josie operates The Bush Nursery — a 100% Indigenous-owned micro-nursery dedicated to growing bush tucker and medicine plants on Country.

At our Seeds of Knowledge workshop, Josie will share her passion for healing Country and helping people reconnect with the land through gardening and native foods.
