Veneziano Coffee Roasters We've been serving your everyday since 2002, and what a ride it's been! Here at Veneziano Coffee Roasters we pride ourselves on truly knowing specialty coffee.

We've sourced some of the world's best coffees, set up shop right across Australia, and created a community of coffee makers, drinkers & appreciators. Our passionate team of coffee professionals work directly with farms at origin to source the best beans which make up our range of blends. We also offer a rotating schedule of microlots, some of which are a direct result of our own experimentation with processing methods at origin. We offer barista training with our very own champion baristas including latte art, introduction to espresso, advanced barista and brewing methods.

If you’re wondering what the World Barista Championship is, think Formula 1… but for coffee.

Every year, up to 55 national champions come together to compete for the title of World Barista Champion. But it’s about far more than making great coffee.

Competitors have just 15 minutes to serve an espresso, milk and signature drink to the judges, while sharing a story, showcasing innovation and bringing something new to the table and the world of specialty coffee.

For Gab, stepping onto that stage isn’t just about representing Australia. It’s about representing the producers behind his coffees and shining a spotlight on the incredible work they’re doing.

We can’t wait to see him share their story on the world stage in Panama this October.
