Yesterday, we introduced you to the finished result. Today, we wanted to share a glimpse of how it came to life.
We decided to have the trailer custom-built, but bringing it to life was a team effort. We couldn’t have done it without the time, work and support of our friends and .
Pasta Cones came to life through people coming together, and we hope it keeps growing in the same spirit, with every food lover who joins us along the way 🥳

We are celebrating the official opening of our little Italian trattoria on wheels.

We are Davide and Valentina, and we couldn’t wait to introduce you to Pasta Cones.

After our trial day with friends and neighbours, we collected feedback and fine-tuned everything.
So we are now ready to begin.

Pasta made to enjoy while walking through the markets, plus a wider menu of Italian food served in our signature cone format for private events.
Everything is...Nonna Approved!
