A collaboration with PICA PICA – Perth Institute of Contemporary Arts in celebration of Hatched: National Graduate Show 2026 (1 August → 4 October), we’ve teamed up to create the Neapolitan Sando.

Our take of the classic trio goes like this; Chocolate cookie sandwich with vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry gelato.
